Wheel well arch

anyone have an idea how to get his back in place. Noticed it was protruding and it won’t simply push back in place. Front passenger wheel well

These can be a pain to fix while the car is sitting on the ground. It's best to lift the car up to give you better pushing leverage to get it back into place. Removing the wheel will also help by providing more clearance for you to work. Just be careful to not use a tool to pry it back into place or you will likely cause damage to the paint. I know that sounds obvious but I've seen it happen more than once. A tool shouldn't be necessary. Once you have it up in the air with the wheel removed you can also inspect it to see maybe why it popped out in the first place.
