Wheel Well Liner Deforming

So, I noticed my left rear wheel well liner is deformed and jutting out, despite the retainer pins being in place. It must be from the rain.

Any of you have this issue and had it replaced?

I'm driving a 2021 M3.

I realize this post is a year old....but I just noticed this exact same thing on my 2022 M3LR on the driver side rear (same as yours).
Did you get it replaced? Or just leave it alone?
