Yes, it's part of our spam-prevention fence. Keep going, you'll get there soon enough.

(Sorry if that sounds coy but keeping the exact system more or less secret also helps us keep spam and advertising to a minimum)

Also, the posts cannot be edited for very long. There was some abuse a while back (some might think a long while back) and the editing time allowed was changed.

Sorry for hijacking the thread, but I am on the same page and am wondering if there is a specific number of posts one should post before the 'edit' feature be enabled. Please advise, thanks!
