When do you expect the first deliveries of the 2020 Roadster?

Watched the Autonomy Day Event stream today. Elon put up a slide when talking about the Tesla Master Plan. From what I recall, 2020 goals were Model Y, Semi and Robotaxi - no mention of the new Roadster. Not feeling very good about the likelihood a 2020 delivery.

I think it’s reasonable to expect the model Y is such a high priority given the sales volume will probably be enormous. I’d predict there best selling unit easily given price and convenience of a small suv/crossover format.

It also depends on how the Roadster reservation goes. With so many opportunities Tesla needs to use its scarce resources wisely. The less negative impact on cash flow Roadster has the better chance we will see it made sooner. That's one reason I'm staying with my reservation.

I don't think 2020 refers to a date. I think it refers to how accurate your vision gets when accelerating from 0 to 60 in 1.9 seconds.

I concur with a tweak: Its because Tesla is visionary!
