I have just ordered a P100D with AP/autonomy 2. I have been told to expect it in late December (Vancouver, Canada).
It seems that firmware 8.1 is targeted for December release also, and there is indication it will include the first AP 2.0 functionality. Of course, that date could slip. But my sense is, AP 2 owners will not have to wait more than a few weeks or a couple months for AP to be re-enabled on the new system. Since I am upgrading from a Signature S with no AP at all, I am not much concerned about the timing.
