Where Are the Airbags

I have seen that the Model 3 has multiple airbags, basec on crash tests: Driver & Passenger front and knee, seat side bolster, and side curtains from front to rear. I presume that all European specification 3s are the same. Or are there differences?
The only place there is an "Airbag" warning is on the steering wheel. Every other car I've owned has warning labels at every point: it they are not mandated then why are they there?

The background to my question is that I was mulling over some alternative "leather" seat covers available from one of the Tesla suppliers, but as the car has seat bags it is my understanding that seat covers are a "no-no" unless ready weakened to let the bag out.
