Just trying to find the version of battery I have.
sticker in front-right wheel well from memory. Or left side...one of these 2.
Thanks. Is it possible to determine the month of production from my VIN? I'm trying to determine if my car has the 'newer' P90DL pack. It's not a 'refresh' car but it's classified as a 2016.
Battery-wise, here is a good source: Decoding Your Tesla Battery Pack Version
FYI I have a 2016 as well and have the newer pack. VIN in the 138xxx's
Turn your wheels all the way to the left and then look in the wheel well on the right side of the car.
Just found mine. It shows 1071394-00-A. Now I wonder if this is the same pack as the P90DL (refresh)?
My VIN ends in: 127000 BTW
06xxxxx = v1
107xxxxx = v2
108xxxxx = v3 (fastest one)
Tagging this for later, curious of what pack is in mine as it went into production around the time the 100 pack was announced. I only have a 90D though. Crossing my fingers it could be software unlocked at some point.
