Where do I go to get this view of a Vandenburg launch?

The photo on the SpaceX flickr account at Iridium-5 Mission shows an interesting view of a launch at Vandenburg. The photographer appears to have been somewhere southeast of the launch site, I’m guessing. I wonder where?

I’m thinking Point Concepcion looking northwest is the most likely, and maybe better than that county park because at the park you are closer to the hills.

Might be an interesting spot to view a launch from. From there you can clearly see the arc of the path of the rocket, whereas from the usual Ocean Ave location the rocket is heading nearly straight away from you.

And from that spot you will be able to see the stage returning (when they start doing RTLS) for a longer period of time, I would think.
