Tesla Motors Club

I had my car serviced this week, specifically to resolve two issues:

1. Vibration in driver's door panel
2. Squeak when slightly turning the steering wheel

Service worked on both issues and resolved #1. Unfortunately, even though they lubricated the steering column I still have the same squeak with #2 (service is telling me there is nothing else to do). I found these gaskets/stoppers (I don't know what to call them) on the floor in the driver seat well.

Anyone know where they belong?
