Paid cash over two weeks ago for my Plaid H.P. Twenty-Four hrs. before I'm to pick it up I get a call that my S can't be delivered because of a software update.
PLEASE it takes 19 days for a software D/L? I've called several times and all I get from whoever is that the service department won't release my S. What in heaven is going on?
