Where is my S Plaid

Paid cash over two weeks ago for my Plaid H.P. Twenty-Four hrs. before I'm to pick it up I get a call that my S can't be delivered because of a software update.
PLEASE it takes 19 days for a software D/L? I've called several times and all I get from whoever is that the service department won't release my S. What in heaven is going on?
Does Tesla treat all their customers like crap? Maybe they wait till they get your money first.

Might be what they really meant is that they are waiting to FIX a software BUG before delivering. In that case, who knows how long it would take.

Order mine long before April. I have a Vin Number. Tesla asked for my money. I was 18 hours before the scheduled pick-up.
