WHERE is our Carbon Fiber Spoiler and Badging!?!?!

I saw a red Model 3 at the weekend with the Dual Motor (no red underline and no spoiler). My 3P+ came with neither, I was told a few months.

I've heard Q1 2019, but no official announcement has been made AFAIK.

It's a two week reservation system to get into a line, to get into another line on the street, before you get into the line for the service bays.

Tesla really doesn't want to deal with installing 100,000 badges and/or spoilers with everything else that is going on.

It's pretty fun anyway to see all the M/AMG cars get tentative at the lights. Is that a RWD or is that a P? Are those real red calipers are just painted red calipers?

Installing badges are not that easy either. Tesla actually has "guides" that attach to the trunk/frunk to line up the badge placements. I wouldn't want to be just given one to slap on.

I didn't get the Performance upgrade package, but my in-car display screens show my car with a spoiler (along with the Aero wheels) . I don't mind because I do want to buy the oem spoiler when available.

If it's red with white interior, it's possible that it used to be a demo car, but now sold to a customer.

I did a online schedule to install yesterday for Costa Mesa service center. They reported back that they will call us when they receive them which they said is currently "back ordered" 90+ days out. Not sure if this Oct. / Nov. supply is going to happen.

This happened with my 2012 signature model S. They made good on it and installed it about 3 months later.

It's certainly frustrating but they will take care of you.

I'd like to see Tesla give us a way to get a refund for the missing spoiler. It's ridiculous that we paid for a piece of hardware that won't be available for months.

If I don't get a refund from Tesla, I'm definitely going to sell it. (I sent a note to Tesla asking for a refund just to see what would happen.) I don't know when I'll be getting it, though...just like everyone else.

Saw one case of a new AWD delivery having the AWD badge on it. No word on P3D badges, or spoilers though.
