I can't find anything for my new Model S 2022. I had these soft carpet mats for my Model S 2018 (2012-2020 | Model S Carpet Interior Mats ) but can't find anything similar for the new one. Any ideas?

Give Lloyd Mats a shot. Their Velourtex mats are pretty similar to the Tesla OEM carpet. They do list mats for 2021+ Model S. (they custom make mats on-demand when you order)
Lloyd Mats also have their own anchor/hook system that you can choose to use or not. I ended up doing this, and it works great. (I don't know if the floor mats in 2021+ MS stay put any better than the older cars, but if they don't - there you go.)

On all my Tesla's, the OEM floor mats are basically velcro'd to the carpet so they don't move around at all.

Lucky duck. The plastic velcro-like stuff on my 2016 Model S's OEM mats was pretty worthless. Mats slid around and bunched up.
