My heart vs. Wife's head :)

Provides some left-overs to buy an M3 too. Raven gives me range for the currently tricky business journeys that I take backup ICE for, so can then swap backup-ICE for M3. That will have one of the EVs parked at home most days, and that can mop up excess PV.

    P90D 0-60 3.2 - 3.4s (Insane)

    MS LR 0-60 3.7s
    MSP LR 0-60 2.4s

I so rarely use Full Bore now (was a different matter when new and every mate I have ever known, and several that I had no recollection of! wanted a Demo) as most of my driving is dual carriageway A-to-B stuff.

I can't see any appreciable, additional, differences between LR and P. There are some additional interior options on the P model, but that's about it.

LR is advertised as having a few more miles of range, in practice on that ultimate range-challenged journey I doubt it would make any difference.

    P-model is an additional £15K !!

The Raven that Tesla had lying around they seemed happy to give me (quite a few) quid off.

That’s certainly the reality of driving, 3.7 secs is no slouch either.

Did you spot that via the website or did they find it for you from ‘behind the scenes’? I’m very tempted to go inventory next time too..

    Behind the scenes.

Mate of mine did that in run up to end of quarter. I think that may even have been March, he got a Raven back then. Can't remember the details, was probably ex-demo though, but it must have been one of the first in the country, but he got an excellent deal - all the end-of-Q stuff.

I need to change my company year end to coincide with Tesla Quarters!

Be careful of Tesla trade-in offers - seen lots of reports of last minute value reductions!

    I had a further thought ...

Looking into Transfer of settings, to a new car, also turned up "transfer of ownership" to a new car. Plenty of stories of that taking months ... so new owner not able to use phone app, summon, set PIN to drive (would be worth doing that, with them, at handover ...) and lots more ...

Idle fees still charged to original card holder (mine is free Supercharging, but ...)

I've gone off the idea (not that Tesla-exclusive transaction is guaranteed to be without any Tesla-chaos ...)
