Where will the new Scottsdale Service Center be Located?

I was told that the Scottsdale Service center is moving to a dedicated new location.

Does anyone know where this might be (apparently it is close to the existing one). I searched for building permits but didn't find any.

It is at 8300 E Raintree Drive. Tesla signed a 10 year NNN lease, with extensions up to 30 years as well. The owner of the property is looking to sell the building.

Do you think this has any bearing on the Tempe location? Seems like the Tempe location is not a sales center, but service only. Any chance of Tempe disappearing altogether?

The tempe location was awash with cars during the late Q3 push. I don't think they will go away, but you never know.

Drove by the new Scottsdale location. It is not in use yet but they are using the parking lot for overflow.

I doubt the Tempe location will go away. They can easily use both with the volumes going through here and only getting busier.

I drove by the new location, and there is some construction and equipment that looks like it may possibly be for SuperChargers? There is a trench and some cabinets wrapped in plastic.

I drove by there a week ago and saw TESLA on the side of the building, which led me here. I'll try to stop and take pics next time.
