i just got the email to confirm and never made it to a test drive event. i was wondering which test drive cars were at which store - type and colors? that way i could fly to a city with a car i was looking at. colors too maybe. thanks.
Denver has a Green S85 and a Brown P85 Menlo Park has a Blue P85 and a Black Santana Row has a Grey P85 DC has a Silver S85 and will soon have a Green S85 Bellevue has a Grey What are you looking for, and where are you?
Newport Beach had (as of a couple of weeks ago) a blue performance with tan interior for test drives and a sunset red with black fabric interior on static display.
from atlanta and will need to fly obviously. i was thinking blue and debating between grey and tan interior and performance vs non perf
Oak brook, IL has a static white/tan and a silver/grey test drive. Will be at the Skokie opening this weekend.
Bellevue, WA no longer has the gray. They now have a green performance. I ordered gray, but after seeing green, I kind of want to switch to that if I can. I want to see brown in person too.
As of this morning, Menlo Park had the blue Performance, and a silver (with black roof) standard with 19" wheels and cloth interior. They also have a non-drivable grey with silver 21" wheels and a black leather interior with piano black trim and a panoramic roof.
The OP poses a jello question. Tesla moves these cars around at a rate that is impossible to track. A car testing all week in Newport Beach could be in Pheonix the next morning for the weekend. Two days later it could be in San Francisco. Like trying to heel an electric cockroach!
I stopped by the Menlo Park store on Saturday and was able to go for a brief ride in the Blue P85. If you are flying then you should reserve a car well in advance. I'm sure Dan Cronin at Menlo Park will take care of you. Here is a photo from Saturday afternoon ...
Dania Beach (Ft Lauderdale) has a pearl white performance right now. It is the cheapest to fly to, and about as close as DC is. That is where I am flying to on Saturday to test drive and finally see in real life.
