I haven't kept up with roof details. When you say "Compatible with first and second gen pano roof mounts" does that mean all roof mounts? Or are there some pano roofs it doesn't work with? Is it known to work with current Model S?

Yes it does mean all roof mounts as long as you have the pano roof.
