"Whistle sound" while driving

Dear all,

I am proud owner of a P85 and 90D and realized that with the newer model I hear a certain "whistle sound" which is not the case with the P85. It come from the front and is particularly heard when driving faster, but not only during speeding-up. It doesn't come from the outside...

Does anyone have similar experiences? Any solutions against it?

Your 90D has a motor in the front so you will hear the motor whine in the front. The P85 only has a rear motor so you won't hear it or at much in the driver seat.

I had a teakettle whistling noise in my 2013 P85, the problem was air leaking from the applique in front of the pano roof. It was only audible at freeway speeds, and only then when the wind was hitting me head on. Service took care of it.
