Tesla Motors Club

I am in touch with principal electrical engr assistant who is working on approving my permit. Tesla had submitted and they were corrections requested. Tesla did corrections and is now back in hands of the LA county elec engineer.

My question is do the same person who approved the permit also do final inspection?
