Picked up X75D a couple of weeks ago and so far, it's awesome and amazing. However my car had a small paint scratch/ding during delivery and a torn rubber window seal. They scheduled me in a week later for a service visit and fixed the torn seal. They couldn't fix the paint ding and had to book me an appt with a 3rd party paint shop. During the service appt, it seems one of their techs may have pushed my front trunk down too hard and created a slight dent/crease. I brought this up to my service rep and he said they would fix it. Anyway, i texted my service rep if i could purchase the hepa filter directly from Tesla so i could try to install it myself. My service rep texted back and said they they would install the hepa filter on the house to make up for front trunk dent. Now that's great service!!!
