Almost 3 years after ordering them, we had two Powerwalls installed in August (long story for a other day). They worked great for a few months then a couple weeks ago seemed to get stuck at 65% no matter what setting I tried on the app. They would only briefly leave standby for a minute or two then return to standby. Power cycling them with the small switch on the side didn’t help. I called Tesla Energy Support and they had me do a ‘whole house reboot’: turn off Powerwalls, flip their break off, flip solar breaker off, then house main breaker, wait 5 minutes then reverse the process. It was a bit of a pain and didn’t seem to help at first but by the next day everything was working fine and it has remained so for a couple weeks. Posted this in case it helps someone else avoid an hour on the phone with Tesla.
