Who's gonna be the first to take possession of a 2022 VIN?

received my 2022 vin on November 2nd. Still waiting to schedule my pickup date and time...
Yes I did put a hold until March 2022, by that time hopefully we can find out new headlights and air suspension.

They didn't mention anything about their absence at delivery. I haven't tried to plug anything in yet though. I'll update here if they don't work once my cables arrive and I can test.
Yep. 2 in the front, 2 in the back, and 1 in the glovebox. All work fine.
My 2022 YP didn’t come w the 2 center console usb-c ports. The wireless charging pad doesn’t work either. I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t tell me about this and the delivery girl didn’t know anything about it. I was able to confirm the problem wasn’t my phone since I was able to charge fine w another new model 3 being delivered next to my spot.

I know other manufacturers do this, BMW, Mercedes, but it should be disclosed on the Monroney label with a credit if Tesla doesn’t intent to retrofit the vehicles.

Do you mean they deliver a vehicle with known missing parts/functionality with the plan to correct with future service visit? I never had any issues with my two BMW leases.
The delivery girl had no clue. At first told me it was my new iPhone 13pro max, camera bump too big. So I asked the person next to me taking delivery of her model 3 if I can try her charging pad and it worked fine. They said let’s take it over to service. A couple min later they brought the car back saying oh your pad is faulty we’ll order you a new one but it’s on back order.
Then as I was about to leave someone else call the delivery girl giving her the full story about the charging pad not being hooked up and also the 2 usb-c ports were not installed inside the center console cuz of missing parts. They told me to put in a request for mobile service, they will come and install when the cables come in.

It depends on the item missing. On the new Mercedes Benz S-classes, many of the 2021 models are missing the massage function. You get a credit for the missing item off your sticker price. I’ve only read one article about the 2022 BMW, and I cannot recall what’s in short supply.
I don’t know how Tesla will handle the situation.

Isn’t it funny how everyone all excited hoping the holy 2022 vin has secret extra features but turns out they just have missing USB ports lol
Picked up my 2022 MYLR on Friday. Black/White 20”, Tow. Delivery was quite sloppy, but no major issues. A few small ones though. One note is that the window sticker shows the price at production, not the price that I actually paid. In my case the window sticker was $4,650 higher than what I paid. The sticker did not reflect the last price increase of $1,000 because it happened after the car was produced.
