I know polls cannot be viewed as accurate, especially one like this, on this particular site....anyway lets see what happens

Has your Model 3 EVER been back to the SC for ANY reason??? This does include initial delivery "due bills" -- if your car had to go back for delivery issues, that does count

I want to know how many M3's (or any Tesla car) is actually delivered without any defect......

I'll probably be at a SC soon, but that will be to have the garage door opener feature installed, not because of a defect. I expect the package tomorrow.

I've been back to pickup a new tyre (and return the loaner) after I picked up an unexpected nail; to buy accessories; and to attend an event. I may get the garage door opener thing installed yet too. Zero delivery defects nor warranty issues as yet.

My GPS and rear camera went on the fritz, but the day Tesla replied to my report they reset something and voila, everything was happy again. They still want to replace "a part" that's been revised but it'll wait for now. Not sure if this counts as deferred repair or OTA winning. I'm happy, which is my test.

Only had mine for like 2.5 months but nothing so far. There’s a slight rattle somewhere I am trying to locate but most likely just a panel that needs to be pressed down, not something I’d go to the SC for without anything else. If I do locate it and it needs more than just a push I might take it up with them at some point when I have something else.

Took delivery I had mine 11 months without a single issue or visit and just last week my driver's seat stopped moving forward/backward. Great 2 day service but not positive what they did. Said on "estimate" in App they were replacing seat but was told at a distance they reset and calibrated the motor.

My only contact with Tesla SC was a tire rotation at 10,000 miles. In/Out. Sweet. Now at 13K. Next is a second rotation at 20,000 plus a replacement of HEPA filters. Probably in 2021.

Does this include a mobile service visit? I haven't stepped foot in a SC since the day I bought the car, 14 months ago. I did have one mobile service appointment when the release on the charging port wasn't completely releasing the cord - I ended up having to consistently use the emergency release. The tech swapped out the port and everything has worked great ever since.

I was there once in 2 years to replace a part that I broke. Mobile service would do it,but I wanted to see the service center. They did a great job quickly (20 minutes) and comped the fix! That counts as no visit.

No mobile visits or service visits (we only have mobile in NM). 10k miles and 1 year ownership. I've tweaked a few things and gotten rid of a few rattles.

Two SC visits (3 or 4 weeks each). 3 Mobile visits. I am due to get my HW3 update but don't feel like dropping it off yet, knowing it takes a good 4 hours and it is about an hour drive.

My car has just under 15k miles and thus far it hasnt been Into a service center. I don’t agree that there is no maintenance though. I’ve rotated the tires once and will do it again next weekend. I’m a DIY type of guy.

Nope, never. 34,000 miles, delivered July 2018. One of these days we'll get notified our HW3 upgrade is ready, and that'll be first contact. I'll probably ask them to look at service bulletins at that time too.
