Why do they ask what size wheels?

Wheel revolutions per unit of distance. So it effects mph calculation, for example.

I guess that implies that they assume stock Tesla wheels and tires. In my case it is aftermarket in non standard sizes so maybe none of the answers are quite right

That should not change considering the same outer size of the tires. 20” wheels use 235/35 and 19” wheels use 235/40

They're assuming Tesla wheels, but it affects tire pressure and efficiency ratings.
