Why does my "Dashboard" for my household show "Purchased-Third Party" for my 2018 Tesla Model 3?

I purchased a new 2018 Tesla Model 3 in 10/18 from Tesla. Why does my Dashboard show "Purchased a car from a third party".

What in the world is that all about?

My Dashboard shows my Cybertruck reservation and our Tesla Solar Panels BUT our Model 3 has "Purchased a car from a third party"
