Why Does Tesla App Keeps Turning Off Settings

My App keeps turning of my notifications for:

-Started charging
-Charging complete
-Cabin overheat protection
-Preconditioning complete

I turn them on under settings and i get notified for each one. About a week or so later, i notice that i no longer get notified for any of these anymore. When i check the setting, the are toggled off? Why is this happening?
I have the latest update and a new i-phone 14. This was also happening with my old phone as well. I have removed the app and reinstalled it, logged off and on and still this morning it did it again. Any ideas?

My notifications are on, but I haven’t gotten any in over a month

The only one i still get is when i turn on the climate remotely before i get to the car.

I just gave up. Would be nice to get them working again though.

Edit: I also never receive any sentry notifications.

I get notifications when they are toggled on, but they randomly turn themselves off? Don't get it.
