Why does the Y have a black windshield washer fluid tank?

I wanted to check wiper fluid reservoir the other day only to find the tank is black and you cannot
see the actual level of the fluid. What genius thought black would be better than a clear plastic tank
that almost every other car has? I just had to keep pouring fluid and checking to see if I was nearing
the top. Unless there is a reason, I think this is a terrible design decision.

Well, my last couple cars had the tank tucked away somewhere you couldn't actually see it, and a long tube to pour the liquid into. Same deal, you see it get close to the top and stop.

Yeah, same thing with my Audi Q5....it is pretty annoying as if you're not paying attention it's pretty easy to over fill!
