What is the exact phrase you are using?

I was not aware the windows worked on Voice commands. I will have to try it. But if I was to guess before trying it I would say it hears the word "window" and assumes you mean "window lock".

Many phrases work off single words. Like "Save" saves the dash cam footage. You can say "Save bla bla bla" but it hears Save and saves the footage..

Elon would likely think that the car is supposed to anticipate when you want the windows rolled down, up, or how much, based on statistical analysis of when other people around you rolled their windows up or down, and how much, in years past.
