I got that annoying noise in my P90D when the power added to drive units is around 10-20kw, mostly noticable at around 70-80km/h. Attaching recording screenshoot where you can clearly see the spike is around 2.8khz. People were complaining about this noise in model 3 and the fix was to tighten the ground strap. I can confirm (I tigtened front ground strap) and that fix doesnt work for model S that I have so looking further for some other ideas.
