From the two screenshots, I see more information on a less cluttered Tesla screen than what MB displays. Curious that the Tesla screenshot has the visualization expanded to hide the map, which certainly makes the display look sparser since it is taking up a far larger screen.

That's because it's in FSD. You can enlarge it to cover the hole screen.
