Wider tires on 18's

I got a good deal on 245/45R-18 winter tires (Nokian Hakkka r2) from I've researched they should fit on the stock 18's and not rub but does anyone have first hand experience with this setup?

Your speedo may be off by ~1.5% (reading roughly 1 mph high at highway speeds), and you'll likely lose a little range from wider tires... (and wider isn't ideal for winter tires) but they'll physically fit and work.
