I spent a good part of my day today clearing up the single garage of my 3-door garage and was disappointed I could barely park my 2017 Volt.

I was planning on parking the M3 there sometime down the line and was wondering if

1 - If there are specs on how wide the M3 is compared to the 2017 Volt?

2 - Are there power folding mirrors on the M3? Parking would be a little easier if it had them.

    Thanks

Thank you Bluestar. I looked up Chevy Volt, which was 71.2 without Mirrors. Mirrors are adding 5 inches per side, so that's 81.2 realistically.

The page you linked is 74.2. Hopefully that is with mirrors.

The Model S width is 77.3 but I am hoping that includes mirrors.

    Those are without mirrors.
(Your volt is not wider than the S)

    From a tesla's Model S spec page:
    • Width 86.2"
      With mirrors folded 77.3"

The side mirrors (ears) on the M3 look like they really stick out.

I know someone with ears like that. Some people think its really cute.

Don't know, but even if they did, I don't think that would affect the exterior width of the car.
