you would, yes. Nothing in that update changes any of that. It only makes it so people who dont pay for premium connectivity dont have to put the car in drive and re connect again AFTER they put the car in drive, to their personal hotspot.
it doesnt change anything about how live traffic view works, etc.
We also have no idea when we might get this update. Electrek likes to be "first" by scouring blogs (like this one and others) but that doesnt mean we will see this tomorrow, or two weeks from now, or a month and half from now.
