What is going on with supercharger rates? They are running from $0.17 to $0.38/kwh within 100 miles of Portland, Oregon. $0.14 difference between the two in Vancouver, WA 15 miles apart. Tigard TWICE what Hillsboro is, only 16 miles apart. Is it based on use, the more use the higher $? Is this happening anywhere else?
