Will Tesla get cheaper in Europe when Giga Berlin starts producing cars ?

I own a Model 3 since 2020 in the UK and I am looking forward trading for a Model Y when possible. However I am really struggling with Tesla prices that keep changing. In particular, I wonder what will happen with prices once the Giga Berlin production is ramping up.

Will we get Tesla 5k cheaper ? Am is screwed if I want to sell my Tesla at that time because the new ones will be cheaper?

I doubt EU made car will be cheaper than US or China made?

At this point, I don't think Tesla pricing is directly related to production costs. Demand is too high to reduce prices. After the production capacity is closer to demand, I think they will release trims with lower content rather than reducing prices on existing trims. For example, release a LR RWD Model Y and SR RWD Model Y at lower prices.

One issue is the increasing cost of raw materials, such as iron, copper, and lithium..., which will affect the matufacturing cost of goods.
