Will the mile increase if you change 90D to 70D in performance mode

    Will the mile increase if you change 90D to 70D in performance mode? I think it won't but haven't seen anyone tried it.

    It's highly doubtful unless you're flogging the accelerator like crazy all the time -- in fact, it might even worsen your mileage because IIRC from my test drive it also fake-limits the regen to what the 70 is capable of.

    The main contributors to loss of efficiency are the larger rear motor in the P models as well as the increased battery pack weight. You might have better luck coping with the former by turning on Range Mode. I've not seen it confirmed, but based on the description, I would expect it to prefer sleeping the rear motor and using the smaller front motor for coasting.
