Will these tires/wheels fit?

Found a set of wheels and tires, but I'm not sure if they'll fit.

Front:
20x9 +32
255/35R20

Rear:
20x10.5 +42
285/30R20

I've done some searching and I think the tire sizes are okay, but they are different offset. I don't think it will be an issue at the fender, but I'm unsure about the inside. Anyone running a comparable setup?

I was told by tire guy, if they dont come off a Tesla? Then must check the offset of wheel. Height will fit, we run 21s. But he said the offset of rim is the question, does the tire sit out further than original?. Then he said center of tire is right under fender, not inside of fender. It might hit fender turning into a bump.

the fronts will fit, the rears needs an offset 35.

Et42 will rub in the inner strut tower for sure
