Will this update enable AP 2.0?

    All right, still no AP 2.0, but we are getting closer.
    This brings in 2.48.204, with
    - Side collision warning
    - Speed Assist
    - Auto Headlights, yes, like the one comes by default on every 10k+ car.
    - Auto Adjusting Display mode

    Seems like this update allowed for rewriting software to support the side ultrasonic sensors, front radars, and light sensor on the car. I'd expect parity with AP1 cars in Q1 2017 fully, then improvements beyond...
