Windex with vinegar

So I have some windex with vinegar. Is there any reason I wouldn't use this to clean the exterior of the windows. It's a windex product so I have to assume it's very dilute. I probably could check the concentration but haven't yet.

Fine to use for exterior.

Not sure if vinegar has any negative effects on tint if you have them and want to clean interior

For cleaning any kind of window I always use old newspapers (remember them?). Newspaper has some ammonia in it. Just wad up some old newspaper, dampen it with warm water and wipe down the dirty glass surfaces. They come clean with much less streaking and no lint left on the glass. And when you're done, just recycle the newspaper.
