Window gap. Is this normal?

Hello everyone. I got my Model 3 two weeks ago and I was finally able to get them tinted. When it was done I noticed that there were large gaps in the window. I honestly don’t remember what it looked like before I got them tinted and I didn’t want to accuse the company of messing it up.

Is this normal? They’re not even compared to the other side.

Mine was just as bad. Adjusted mine myself all mine were way out. Didn't trust Tesla to do the job in case they did some damage.

I had the same thing on my drivers side rear door. Noticed it when I put clearplex on that corner window. Adjustment isn’t too hard.
OCD caught me and I decided after watching a model 3 video to save myself the trip and service call. (2) T27 Torx holding on the panel. Was able to lift off. Remove to rubber plugs and then use a 10mm socket to loosen the window and nudge it back to match the other window. Used the masking tape to mark where I wanted it.
