Window returns to half open when closing

Hi all,

I know there are a few post already about windows not closing but I can't seem to find any experiencing what I am going through. Apologies if I have missed one.

My experience of drivers window on model 3:

• I'm sat in the drivers seat with the window half down
• I fully pull the switch and let go to close . The window almost closes and then returns to halfway
• I can inch the window up bit by bit to almost fully closed. If I go to far it returns to halfway.

What I have tried:

• Recalibrating by holding the window switch down, waiting for various periods of time, and then doing the same holding the switch in the up position.
• Checking for obstructions
• Closing window using the app when out of the car.

I am also receiving messages via the app that the window isn't fully closed.

I would be very interested to hear if anyone else has experienced something similar and how they resolved it.

My 2018 M3 did this. I think they ended up replacing the regulator or something. Did it with mobile service
