Window Weirdness Not Closing on Lock

I noticed two things today.

1. Pushing the window up or window down button for the driver window doesn't close or open it all the way. That is, it only moves while the button is depressed. It works correctly for the other windows.

2. The driver's window does not close when I lock the car (the other ones do). Close windows on lock is enabled.

I searched for this issue, but found nothing.

Any ideas?

- Press Down window switch until it reaches bottom and hold for 2-3 seconds
- Press Up window switch until it reaches top and hold for 2-3 seconds
- Repeat above steps

So I've started getting this since the last update but none of me windows close at all
