Windows not closing properly in the cold weather!

My car last night had an issue with the rear drivers side window not closing right and it clearly did not want to open in the cold. It complained.
When I closed it, it didn't close flush with the body of the car.
I just hope it reverts back when its warmer.
Anyone else have this issue in the cold weather?
I'm wondering if this is a design flaw.

It is by design. As in the designers in California did not consider the effects that a "real" winter would have. This happens on other cars with the same door/window design. Try applying silicone spray to the weatherstripping and a pure wax (with no abrasives) to the exterior door glass to see if that helps.
