Windshield Cracking

My Model 3 was purchased on April 30, 2019. Suddenly, yesterday, a crack was propagated through 1/3 of windshield without being hit by any object. I believed that it is due to a defect in product, maybe a stress cracking? I am wondering if anyone has met the similar problem of Model 3. Is there any warranty of Model 3 windshield?
