Has anyone tinted the front windshield? What is the process of tinting it? Is it a full tint or just partial?

Yes, at Tint World on Okee blvd; Window Tinting | Car Detailing | West Palm Beach | Florida|Tint World. Did nano-carbon 45%, full. I can see some slight color alterations in some sun light conditions (slight purple-ish), but not a big deal. Was pricy. About $200.

Windshield tint makes a noticeable difference. Went with 35%. After having it for several weeks, I noticed I wasn't using my sunglasses as often.

I matched my sides with my rear at 20% and got 70% on the windshield. It's slightly darker but could possibly pass as legal. I was the first customer to do this at their shop and they special ordered a 60" sheet to cover the whole winshield. They cut around the cord cover. He didn't want to risk damage and if he were to remove and cover the windshield, he'd have to leave the cover off the tint until it dries (approx 14 days). I see a small line close to the windshield but it's not distracting. He's going to post pictures on his website so I'll refrain from doing it since he gave me a discount as I was willing to let him try it out. ProTint Shop Rockville MD

Isnt too dark with 35% on the windshield?! Let us know how it came out, i am debating about installing window tint on the windshield and probably install 80%

I want to do photosync for heat purposes on the windshield but they wont do it affraid of damaging the glass. I did the rest of my X at autosupershield in Florida. Great Job.
