Wing mirror indicators not working

I was doing a little experimenting yesterday. in a safe place and at slow speed I might add. I wanted to see if the car would allow me to reset it whilst driving. To my astonishment, it did! I lost the HMI, brake lights, indicators etc as you'd expect when performing this stationary. Bit odd they don't have measures in place to disable a reset when motion is detected. Anyway, that's not the main reason for my post. When the car recovered My wing mirror indicators didn't come back online. I know there is often a staging of bringing things back online with hth M3, but they still have not returned to a working order. Its been 24 hours. I've tried a hard reset since too.

Any ideas? Warranty job?

I'm sure M3's don't have "wing mirror" indicators. They are on the small cameras at the side between the front wheels and doors.

You have to do a reset a different way. Sit in the centre rear seat with the seat belt fastened and press the brake pedal with a broom handle which must be a wooden one.......
