Winter Camping with the MX

During a winter camping trip in the Rockies in Feb, I ended up with two jugs of frozen drinking water , one in the car and one in our tent, in the morning.

This weekend, we used an RV site to set up our tent and had access to a TT-30 socket (122 V, 24 A). I discovered a great use for camper mode: set the car heater to 60 degrees and keep the drinking water in the trunk area. It was nice to wake up to water for coffee and not a block of ice.
Most of our state parks in Colorado have 30 A, but not 50 A service. I'm getting a lot of use out of my homemade TT-30 to NEMA 14-50 dog bone adapter.
