Winter wiper outside protection method

For those who park outside, you've probably had a problem where it snowed or iced overnight and the wiper tray became a solid ice cube. Here's my solution:

Preparation: Use 18" cling wrap. if the temperature is much colder than -5 C use the furniture wrapping kind rather than the kitchen film.
