Any recommendation on which wiper blades to order ? Preferably from Amazon....
never mind, just found this helpful thread
Wiper blade options for Model S
Bosch Icon 18OE and 28OE. I have them and they don't squeak like the stock blades. Especially with RainX on the windshield, my stock blades would squeak and chatter when wiping. But these solve those problems and they are very quiet.

i always recommend the PIAA wipers as the best option after the toyota/lexus wiper blades...
I thought Tesla replaces these as needed as part of the service for free?
They do as part of the Annual Service. But the stock ones didn't do me any good, after applying RainX on my windscreen they had issues with chattering as they wiped.
This sounds interesting, seems like they offer replacement blades too. Which ones did you order for your S ?
I always just got the "Si-Tech" blades as being slightly more affordable (still like $38-$40 per blade! ), however i notice that they offer the "Aero Vogue" option which is more aerodynamic and reduces wind chatter...
Here's the link: PIAA | Wiper Blades
edit: Apparantly only the "Si-Tech" blades work as shown in the pdf here: http://www.piaa.com/Shared/applications/2016-PIAA-Wiper-Application-Guide.pdf
seems like the Aero Voque option is not available for the MS. Only si tech. is that what you have ?
Agreed. Put these on both our M-S's and they are fantastic. Far superior to the OEM blades, with the exact same look.
Correct, I've only used the "Si-Tech" option and didn't see much need for the "Aero Vogue" version...
The Is-Tech only shows their blades being compatible with 2012-2015 Models S. Nothing for later versions.
i will send them an email, as i need some new wipers now too...
these are the best and i want a set.
Just got off the phone with PIAA and the Model S & X have the same size wiper blades (28" driver-side and 18" passenger-side)
he said that all of their wipers come with a package of adapters and that Tesla's need the "A adapter".
I went out and bought the Bosch Ikon wipers and that solves the chatter problem on my windshield with Rain-X on the windshield. Rain sensor wipers worked well in the day time except when they first start, they go crazy and then they calm down to more normal operation. At night they don't want to come on. Well they did once but I have no idea why, then later quit working again unless I used manual mode. Still a software bug that needs to be fixed. Th Ikon wipers are smooth and quiet. They are higher rated on various sites than the PIAA and much easier to get since local auto stores tend to carry them.
I had these on my Model S.
They are superior.
They should update their guide to reflect this. Amazon also shows it is not being compatible.
I went to their location in Portland OR. They installed them on my 2017 Model S
I posted this a while back:
good price, i have paid around $40 per wiper in the past.
