Wireless charger not holding phone

Hi everyone. Got the M3P a few weeks ago and wanted to ask about the phone wireless charging - my issue is that the phone (with or without a case) keeps moving on the charging pad and then stops charging. It is an iPhone 12. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue with my iPhone 8. I think it’s too small, or too lightweight, for this particular charging pad. Very unfortunate

I have the same with an iPhone 12 Pro Max keeps going on and off. Very annoying!

And on sharp corners, the phone flies off the alcantara cradle. Someone needs to come up with a MagSafe solution.

I see this issue too of phone flying off the alcantara surface during spirited canyon driving. And the phone overheats when it is charging. Tesla could do better here.
