Wiring for 3 phases (230V phase-neutral) plus neutral Gen 3 Wall Connector

Hi I am in Israel have 3 phases, also neutral and ground. Phase-neutral voltage is 230V like in Europe. How do I wire the three phases to my Gen 3 Wall Connector please. The obvious thing would be to wire the phases to L1, L2, L3 and the neutral to neutral but the instruction manual doesn't suggest that. Thanks!

Also if EACH phase has 20A do I still set the switch to position 6 for 20A?
